I used to live in Melbourne, Australia – you might have met me at Tweetupmellers. I now live in Townsville, Australia. Chances are, you probably know me through Twitter as @mr_billiam, or even @tsvtweetup.

I really love the Internet. I think it’s an incredible way to connect with other people personally and professionally, and I’ve devoted a lot of time to understanding how it works and how it can work for businesses and individuals.

Because of my love for the Internet, I’ve devoted a lot of time to getting an understanding of the Internet, and the principles behind online engagement. For my day job, I also design and create websites. Sometimes they’re useful, sometimes they’re just for fun.
